Arsh and co. from Skyhigh Construction just helped me finish my dream home in Richmond — from his assembling a team, design input, engineering, budgeting and permitting, and then putting shovels in the ground to delivery, it took approximately 10 months. During the entire process I found him and his team to be extremely efficient, for example, taking the initiative and being proactive in every step of construction. If something was promised, you can rest assured it will be delivered.
